By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order with Green Star Industry, Pune, Maharashtra, India, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to stock availability, manufacturer confirmation and prevailing market rates. An order is confirmed only after written acceptance by Green Star Industry.

Prices are exclusive of GST and other statutory levies unless stated otherwise. LPG and lubricant prices are linked to market movement and may change without prior notice before order confirmation.

All payments, including advances, booking amounts and cylinder/tank deposits collected against confirmed orders, are strictly non-refundable.

Once an order is confirmed and material is dispatched or reserved, the amount paid cannot be refunded or cancelled. In case of a genuine supply failure on our part, the amount may be adjusted against an alternate product or a future order at our sole discretion. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on transport, statutory clearances and stock position. Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery at the agreed location.

LPG and chemical products must be stored, handled and used strictly as per manufacturer instructions and applicable safety regulations. The customer is responsible for safe on-site storage, trained handling and statutory compliance at their premises.

Products carry only the warranty offered by their respective manufacturers. Green Star Industry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from product use, misuse or delay in supply.

GoGas, Confidence Petroleum, Arabian Petroleum and other product/brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Green Star Industry operates as an authorized dealer/distributor as applicable.

Offers shown in Facebook, Instagram or Google advertisements are subject to these terms, stock availability and the validity period stated in the advertisement. Details submitted through social media lead forms are treated as an enquiry and are handled per our Privacy Policy.
